Engineer. Entrepreneur. Engipreneur.
For decades, I followed the expected path.
I became a licensed professional engineer, worked my way up in civil engineering firms, and led high-stakes projects with real impact. I thought success meant slowly climbing the ladder—eventually becoming a partner or starting a firm, maybe after 20 or 30 years of "paying my dues."
But that timeline didn't sit right with me.
The traditional engineering career model—do great work, keep your head down, and maybe someday you'll get rewarded—wasn't working. I saw talented, ambitious engineers (including myself) burned out, underpaid, and boxed into rigid technical roles that left no room for vision, creativity, or leadership.
That's when I made a decision: I wasn't going to wait for permission. I was going to build my own path.
At 25, I founded my first engineering company.
I didn't have an MBA. I didn't have a business plan vetted by venture capitalists. What I did have was drive, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to take calculated risks.
Over the next two decades, I built and scaled multiple engineering businesses, launched innovative construction products, and grew total revenues into the eight figures. I didn't do it through shortcuts—I did it by thinking differently. I stopped seeing myself as just an engineer and started acting like a strategist, a creator, and a leader.
I became what I now call an Engipreneur.
An Engipreneur is an engineer who thinks like a business owner—even inside a company.
Someone who leads with initiative, innovation, and vision.
Who sees constraints as launchpads, not roadblocks.
Who commands higher income, creates new opportunities, and lives life on their terms.
This mindset changed everything for me.
Clear direction for your engineering career transformation
Guidance from someone who's walked the path
New ways of thinking about your skills and potential
For accelerating income, leadership, and fulfillment
After nearly 30 years in engineering and entrepreneurship, my mission has shifted. I'm no longer just building projects—I'm building people. I created The Engipreneur® platform to give engineers what I never had.
I've worked with engineers who were stuck, burned out, or underpaid—and helped them unlock their confidence, start side businesses, land major promotions, and finally feel like their career fits.
This work isn't just about business. It's about career freedom, personal growth, and legacy.
But feel trapped by your current role
But don't know where to start
And ready for a smarter, faster path
Who think big and lead boldly
That's what The Engipreneur® Community is for. Through coaching, self-paced learning, and a supportive network of like-minded engineers, I help you step into the next version of yourself—confident, strategic, and fully in control of your career.
If you've ever looked around and thought, "There's got to be more than this,"
You're not wrong. And you're not alone.
You're not just an engineer. You're an Engipreneur in the making.
